The Meeting Restaurant has an elegant and large room where you can taste typical dishes of the local Abruzzo tradition expertly prepared by our Chefs.

The menu includes specials of the day, created with fresh and genuine local seasonal ingredients. Between the house specialties are the Pappardelle alla Morronese, a dish created and patented by the Chef Dominic Santacroce.

We travel the Territory meeting producers and wine cellars to get to know those who make it richness of our food and wine. We work closely with them, without intermediaries, to ensure the traceability and quality of the products we offer every day.

Our selection criterion? The taste.

We prefer small artisan producers, paying homage to dedication of our craftsmen and their production processes perfectly in line with the ideas of eco-sustainable agriculture that we share and support.

All the products we choose are made and selected with love and with the same sentiment we are happy to present them to you every day at the table.

Let yourself be taken on an oenological journey to discover the scents of our local vineyards. We propose the most famous appellations of the wines of the territory, of the Italian regions and some European labels.

Our Santacroce label is managed by the important Italo Pietrantonj winemaker in Vittorito, a small center a few kilometers away from Sulmona. You will find it in Cerasuolo,  Trebbiano and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo.

In the local bubbles on our list you will find the Margiotta and Zaccagnini cellars, to which the famous Italian labels are added such as Franciacorta and Ferrari, and the French classics Champagne.

From our selection of whites ranging from the driest to the fruitiest of the area, you can taste a Pecorino, Cococciola or Pinot Grigio.

Among the selected rosé wines is Cerasuolo of Abruzzo, of some of the Paesedium cellars, Fontefico, worthy accompaniments for every delicacy culinary from meat to fish, from cured meats to cheeses.

The proposed choice for red wines are predominant Montepulciano of Abruzzo DOC with an intense ruby color with slight purplish hues, with a tendency to garnet and aromas of red fruits and spices, with a full, dry, harmonious and rightly tannic flavour.

To conclude, we offer you a wide selection of dessert wines such the Passiti, sweet sparkling wines and local digestives such as Genziana, Ratafia and Amaro of Abruzzo, as well as a quality selection of brandies and distillates.
