The Meeting Restaurant has an elegant and spacious room where you can taste typical local dishes and international specialties expertly prepared by our Chefs.

Every day there will be a menu with seasonal dishes, quick menus and an à la carte menu.

Among the specialties of the house there are: Pappardelle alla Morronese (Homemade pasta with white meat sauce, wild spinach and vegetables), Goat with cheese and eggs and our Pizza oven.

We travel the Territory meeting producers and winemakers to know those who make the wealth of our gastronomy.

Today we work directly with them without intermediaries to ensure the traceability and high quality of the products we offer, in the purest tradition of Abruzzo.

The Cellar

We propose you the most famous appellations of wines of the territory and italian Regions and some european labels. Let yourself be accompanied on a wine journey to discover the hints of the local vineyards.

Our Santacroce label is curated by the important winemaker Italo Pietrantonj a few km from Sulmona, Vittorito. We offer you Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo, Trebbiano and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo.

Our wine list presents the local bubbles such as Margiotta and Zaccagnini, those of Northern Italy as Franciacorta and Ferrari up to the classic French Champagne.

The selection of whites from the driest to the most fruity, of the territory and not like Pecorino, Cococciola and Pinot Grigio.

The selected rose wines are exclusively Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo, the only and unparalleled, from Gentile to Dionysus, worthy companions for every delicacy, meat, fish, cold cuts and cheeses.

The choice proposed for red wines are mainly Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC with an intense ruby color with slight violet nuances, a tendency to garnet with aging and aromas of red fruits and spices and a full, dry, harmonious, tannic flavor.

To conclude wide selection of dessert wines such as Passiti, sweet Sparkling Wines and local digestive as well as a selection of quality grappa and distillates.
